How to Test Your Swisscom Speed
- Close all unnecessary applications and browser tabs
- Connect your device directly to your Swisscom modem/router if possible
- Click the "Start Speed Test" button above
- Wait for the test to complete (usually takes 30-60 seconds)
- Review your ping, jitter, download, and upload speed results
Understanding Your Results
Download Speed
How fast you can receive data from the internet. Important for streaming, downloading files, and web browsing.
Upload Speed
How fast you can send data to the internet. Important for video calls, uploading files, and cloud backups.
Ping (Latency)
The time it takes for data to travel to a server and back. Lower is better for gaming and video calls.
Jitter
The variation in ping time. Lower jitter means more stable connection quality.
